CLARA LUZIA
Clara Luzia is a Vienna/Austria based musician. She's one of the most successful representatives of the so-called „Vienna Indie Scene" that emerged in the mid 2000s. In 2008 Clara won the Austrian Music Award AMADEUS, and was invited to Europe's renowned music festival Eurosonic. Her 3rd full-length-album „The Ground Below" (2009) gained her another Amadeus-nomination, as well as massive airplay in Austria, and Germany. In 2011 Clara and her 3-piece-band (Heidi Dokalik, Ines Perschy, Max Hauer) released their recent work„Falling into place", followed up by shows in Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, and Slovakia. The recordings for Clara's 5th studio album are scheduled for April and May 2012.
