A meta final dos Excuse Me é misturar as sonoridades do funk e blues clássico com o rock alternativo e por vezes até progressivo; o velho com o novo, o simples com o complexo, e se até chegarmos à meta conseguirmos entreter o pessoal, ficamos felizes com isso.

Excuse Me's endgame is to blend the classic sounds of funk and blues with alternative and sometimes even progressive rock; mixing together old and new concepts, merging simplicity and complexity, and if we happen to entertain people along the way, we'll consider that one hell of a bonus.
