With melodies that etch into the listener's conscious, foot stomping breakdowns and stadium size chorus's, Far From Paris have a sound that carries their energy on record as well as in the live arena.
Playing their first show on New Years Eve of 2010/11, Far From Paris have played stages accross Brisbane,Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba, watching their crowds build with every show.

Different musical backgrounds and influences have mixed and combined to create a unique style that has put Far From Paris on bills crossing a variety of genres. From Pop Punk to Hardcore, Heavy Rock to Indie they have brought an energy and presence to every audience they have encountered, adding to their expanding fan base with every perfomance.

Forming in the summer of 2010, out of the northern suburbs of Brisbane, Australia, the 5 piece have worked hard to develop their sound and establish themselves as a genuine "band to watch" in the music scene.

In December of 2011, they recorded their highly anticipated debut "Hopes and Dreams".
