"The beauty and the beats" is a french brother and sister duet. Marianne and Alexis Robiou have been playing together for their entire lives, in spite of their vey different styles and influences, however, this is the first time that they seriously record original material together. While Marianne has been a very busy professional singer in Tenerife (Spain) since 2007, Alexis has been involved with countless musical projects and bands, recording his first original track aged 19 on a 4 tracks cassette home studio (since then, he proceeded to smash two of these as well as half a dozen guitars ) They're both born performers and singers/songwriters. However , they just recently started to work together, bringing to life Marianne' s many songs in French, Spanish and English in Tenerife, surrounded by the best musicians the island can count.This song, Doctor besos is the first extract from a forthcoming LP titled Dreamland, enjoy!
