After their highschool band disbanded; Alex Cox, Chris Lee and Jackson Fitzpatrick went their seperate ways into seperate corners of the Brisbane music scene to refine their talents. A year passed, bands came and went until the three heard of a strange man lurking in a deserted part of the woods. Looking for inspiration the guys decided to camp in the woods overnight, testing their wits until they stumbled across the man many thought only to be legend, whispers of an old tale. The mans name was Kyle Van Trier; raised by wolves and Clint Eastwood tapes, he would provide a new musical direction for the trio and together would start 'The Dirty Eastwoods' that day.

A year on, the Eastwoods are bringing rock and roll back to an ever crowded Brisbane scene, making their mark with a raw rock and roll western infused rollercoaster that ends somewhere deep inside your brain you never knew existed. The guys will be releasing an EP later this year, documenting a wild ride with blood, sweat and whiskey were poured in to this release. This my friends, is just the begining!
